Therefore, the staff put us in to another hotel nearby which is very nice as well. They especially called a person knowing Indian Language(Hindi) so that we do not have any difficulty in communicating things. However if you want to give access to people who are doing business shopping it would be good to have facilities such as scale to check weight of luggage, a place to pack luggages, it can be outside or in the parking. Otherwise fantastic!!! English language has been a plus for your customers.

  Staff help - A good 3 star hotel. In the middle of busy roads and not the best area but once you get inside the hotel the staff are great (friendly and helpful) and the hotel is comfortable. If you are visiting Milan for business this place is perfect.
