  Very beautiful view, quiet surroundings, clean rooms, spacious enough, nice garden, nice balcony, lovely region, close to Pisa, Siena, Firenze, Livorno, San Gimignano etc and close to the beach, very charming signora who runs the B&B, breakfast in buffet, but no fresh bread... - A great base from which to explore the many wonders of Tuscany.   We really enjoyed our stay. Every detail was taken care of in and out of the room. All kinds of little extras in the room and then there were bicycles available to each person at all times. The breakfasts were outstanding! The staff gave good recommendations for area restaurants and activities. - Free bike use. Staff couldn't do enough for my fam... hva folk sier » ily and I. Location outside the city walls but with use of bikes and walking Lucca readily accessible. We arrived late and they booked a locals restaurant around the corner which was good value.
