  La Corte degli Angeli is a fantastic hotel, in the very centre of Lucca, in a quiet street. Our room was really big and cosy and with shutters (very important for me, as I need obscurity to sleep. The bathroom was gorgeous, with jacuzzi and TV. Breakfast was also really good.   We stayed in the Residanza-part of the hotel (another building 50m. down the street). It was a large room, big double bed and a big bathroom. Nice and quiet! - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The choice of food and drinksfor breakfast was huge. One review refers to the location being a long way from the centre of Lucca - this is nonsense, it takes no more than 5 - 8 minutes to walk to Piazza San Michele - an excellent location.
