The breakfast was great, also the best we've had offered anywhere. - As a non Italian speaking American, I was very anxious about traveling to a country where language was a barrier. My daughter and I began our trip by flying into Pisa, staying at the Hotel Bologna, and then traveling south to meet up with friends. The entire staff at the Hotel went above and beyond the call of duty. I was so impressed by the whole experience. I recommend without reservation.

  La Corte degli Angeli is a fantastic hotel, in the very centre of Lucca, in a quiet street. Our room was really big and cosy and with shutters (very important for me, as I need obscurity to sleep. The bathroom was gorgeous, with jacuzzi and TV. Breakfast was also really good.   We stayed in the Residanza-part of the hotel (another building 50m. down the street). It was a large room, big double bed and a big bathroom.
