  This hotel was excellent for the price and only a stones throw away from the touristy bit with the tower, cathedral etc. literally 200 yards away. The room was clean quiet and comfortable even though it was so close to the busiest part of Pisa. The parking is quite difficult as the area is mainly pedestrianised and would have been expensive apart ... hva folk sier » from the fact that the hotel will provide a 24 hr parking permit for 10 euros. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the optional breakfas - Location was very close to Tower etc. and very accessible, although you cannot walk from airport or train station as one might assume by distance posted. A no-frills kind of place but for price served us very well for first and last night of our trip. Staff was TERRIFIC!!! We encountered many different staff throughout our visit and they were all very personable, most helpful and very accommodating.

  This was a great find. Firstly the price was excellent. To be honest was not expecting much for the money at the sea in Italy. We booked a family room. We have kids of 5 and 8. We were delighted to find that room was actually a mini suite in the sense that there were two separate rooms, a large room with comfortable double and a small balcony. The restaurant was also a nice place with good food.

  Really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. We had a large 3p. room on the second floor (n.211). The room was cleaned daily (and very good). Close to the beach (5min. walk) and private parking (limited, but on public area also enough possibilities and safe as well). The owner and the staff were very friendly. The owner speaks English. I would definite - The hotel is only one block from the beach and the garden was lovely for relaxing in. The staff was very nice too. Great for our dog !
