  This was a great find. Firstly the price was excellent. To be honest was not expecting much for the money at the sea in Italy. We booked a family room. We have kids of 5 and 8. We were delighted to find that room was actually a mini suite in the sense that there were two separate rooms, a large room with comfortable double and a small balcony. The... hva folk sier » second a small room with two single beds (one was a pull out couch).The kids room was small as were their beds but for kids of this age absolutely p - The rooms are great! nice bathroom, beds and facilities...The staff are well behaved and kind. The restaurant was also a nice place with good food.

  Really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. We had a large 3p. room on the second floor (n.211). The room was cleaned daily (and very good). Close to the beach (5min. walk) and private parking (limited, but on public area also enough possibilities and safe as well). The owner and the staff were very friendly. The owner speaks English. Hotel Garden organ... hva folk sier » izes dinner on demand. Beach tickets (with discount) available at the front office. Close to Livorno (15min. by car), Pisa and Lucca. I would definite - The hotel is only one block from the beach and the garden was lovely for relaxing in. The staff was very nice too. Great for our dog !
