  We had a lovely stay the staff were very friendly. The location was perfect with a great view of the Leaning Tower of Pisa from our room. We took our 3 year old child who had her own room and loved sleeping in the bunk bed. We would recommend staying here ;o) - Wonderful staff, very friendly and helpful and nicely finished building in a great loc... hva folk sier » ation right next to the leaning tower.   I was a bit stressed out when we arrived, because we arrived a few hours later than planned. and had to drive down a narrow pedestrian street to reach the hotel. Being from the U.S., it felt much like driving down a busy sidewalk. But hosts Bri'd and Stefano were just wonderful. They walked back with us t - Truly an experience staying in a building of the 14th century. It is located in the heart of Lucca. Our Divina room was beautifully painted, spacious with high castle like ceiling.Bathroom was contemporary and clean. Cappuccino was excellent and the hosts are very gracious.
