  very welcoming and helpful felt valued as customer - The staff were absolutely fabulous. We travelled with a small baby , andeveryone from the receptionist, to the dining room staff wereunbelieveably kind to us. They couldn't have done enough to help us.

  We were group of 5 friends and we had to spent a night in Forli.Eveything was top perfect in this hotel. Staff was really nice and kind. Rooms were big enough, clean and modern.   Excellent high quality facilities, excellent rooms, quality products at breakfast, enthusiastic staff, safe underground car park - It was prime location for us. It was a very modern fabulous hotel. The staff were great nothing was too much trouble for them.
