The hotel was really a motel with only 8 rooms at ground level and was a
very pleasant surprise. Considering the price when compared to
everything else I found in the airport vicinity, we were expecting a
dump. In fact it was very clean,beautifully appointed and once one
entered the "courtyard" on which the rooms faced, you could
forget that you were behind a gas station/bar.....except for the
sound of the planes departing at the end of your bed. It was actually
funny and is what one should exp

We choose hotel because it is close to the airport but not isolated. At
first the location seems oddly placed in a neighborhood, but it is
actually very convenient to the town. It was perfect for the night
before we flew home. The employees were all extremely helpful with the
local area. You can walk down to the seaside, there are wonderful
restaurants, you can even rent a chair and sit at the beach, although
the water was not clean enough for me to swim. The receptionist told us

We were staying in Fiumicino the night before our flight home to Toronto. We had a gorgeous room with an oceanview, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and we had the seafood risotto at the restaurant in the hotel for dinner. This was absolutely the best meal I had during the 2 weeks we stayed in Italy. I would highly recommend this hotel as the value can't be beat.

Staff was very helpful - It was convenient for a stop over to catch a morning flight out as it is reasonably close to the airport and the hotel offer a shuttle. Not recommended if you want to go to the city every day as it is a long way. Hotel staff friendly and accomodating.

The guesthouse is a great refuge from the bustle of Rome. The rooms as well as public facilities are spotlessly clean. The breakfast is wholesome with plenty of choice.
