Hosts were very involved during my stay, making sure I feel comfortable.
I took this room (which is more a real house to me) because it was close to the airport, but I'd definitely choose this option if I were to visit the center of Rome.

it's probably the best place I have ever stayed! The stuffs are really nice and friendly in here. They came to airport to pick me up almost in midnight and helped me to bring my luggage back to airport when I went sightseeing in city center. The place is really clean and spacious!! Although the place is a little bit away from city center, they can bring you to airport to take train. Definitely will recommend to people who are going to stay in Rome!

What a pleasant surprise!
Well worth it and will recommend.
We stayed for two nights and travelled into Rome by car.
Our room was big and well furnished but the real thing is the excellent taste in décor!
Soft colours with attention to detail - like the print of rocks that reflected the handles on the cupboard in the bathroom!

So selecting this hotel for sleep and fly based on other reviewers' comment was not a bad idea. Luca and his father were really friendly and made us feel at home. We were given a short trip of the adjacent food shops with a personal advice of which shop's food is better than the others. Christina was so kind and helpful. I took the Terrabus to the Fuimicino stop (which is sort of in the middle of nowhere, or at least it seems so at night) and called the hotel and she actually came and picked me up at the bus stop which is a few miles away.
Then, for just a few euros, took me back to the airport for my very early (5 am) flight. She was super kind, helpful, and I appreciated everything.

Nice small hotel on the seaside nor far from the airport (appx. 20 euros by taxi). The room was simple but clean. The bathroom with shower was new and equipped with hairdryer, soup, toothpaste and toothbrush. The room had air-conditioning & heating system, TV. Perfect place for summer holidays connected with Rome sightseeing tours.

The overall cleanliness, service, ambience etc. We did not use the kitchen or breakfast provided however it was there if we wanted to make use of it.
