He also arranged a table for dinner at probably one of the most popular restaurants in - Our host Antonello could not have been kinder or more thoughtful. He gave us a conducted tour of the city by car and regularly produced intineraries for our trips out. The breakfast was excellent. The bedroom was comfortable and drinks were availablle from a fridge in the room at very reasonable prices. The house contained fascinating memorabilia and we had use of the courtyard when we wanted it.

  Corte Cristina is unique. The building is lovingly restored (beginning of 19th century) royal court. All exterior and interior elements are authentic, nothing is fake there, even the room key was at least 100 yrs old. The place is small, run by a family. It charmed us. They helped in everything you could imagine: carrying lugage, giving tips for visituing Cagliari, parking your car, explaning the history of the hotel, etc. Junior large suite is very large, enough room for 4 people to spleep and move around. Situated in an ordianary, busy street, the inner place of the hotel doesn't remind you about this. Dinner is also possible. Would go back to it, when visiting Cagliari again.
