The hotel occupies the first two floors in an apartment building.

The room was large and very clean. We had a balcony which was great
especially after a long day of walking in Rome. The staff was very nice
and friendly. It is a family business and they make sure you are taken
care of. The breakfast was good, enough to hold you till lunch. Around
the corner was 2 very good restaurants. At first the neighborhood looked
run down but I felt safer there then many of the tourist areas in Rome.
I would definitely recommend this hotel. There was nothing negative

Very nice location two steps away from Termini station, besides we could reach on foot the Colosseum, the Spanish steps, the Trevi fountain. Plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops in the area, plus a couple of mini-markets. Daily room-service. All necessary things in the room including toiletries. We stayed in hotel Labelle with my boyfriend for 3 nights. Beautiful place, spacious room, very high ceilings, we could see few historical buildings right from the window. Room was warm with a big bed. Location is absolutely amazing. Colosseo around the corner, we literally walked everywhere (even returned from Vatican by foot ). Breakfast was brought into the room on your selected time. We really enjoyed to stay there. If I go to Rome again I'll stay there again.

Small, neat and quite hotel with 24h reception. Our double room No 212 was spacious, clean and very comfortable, facing inner yard, thus quite at night. Do not expect sea views as it is centre located hotel, however Termini (central railway and bus station) is just 5 min away. No breakfast, but we did not need it and there are plenty of bars/pasticeries where you can have cappucino with freshly baked pastries/snacks. I would like to say special thanks to Ruslan at reception, who speaks English
