I left my bag with money and cards in the lounge ...and the next day it was there ....left undisturbed by the lady who cleaned the area ...brava signora ! al the staff are super friendly and helpful the evening meals are basic and when you arrive at breakfast the person there should anche piu accogliente ...even more welcoming ! I booked this hotel just a day or so before as we decided to stay in Frascoti rather than Rome.. We had had excellentluck with the hotels that we had booked before on bookings.com and this certainly held true with this one as well. Everything was delightful! The views of Lake Albano are the best. The hotel staff are friendly. The breakfast is great. Close to Rome and the small towns in Castilli Romani yet you feel you are far away. Ristorante La Gardenia in Castel Gandolfo has view across lake of the villa and is romantic and affordable, ate there Fri and Sat evenings.

It's confortable and you can make brekfast every morning, coffee and tea were included. very friendly stuff, answer to all our questions.Plus they gave us a phone to call them just in case we need something. Nobody disturbed us and it felt like home. Close to the metro station.
