Casa D'oro is located in a quiet area inhabited by locals that gives you a sense of being a part of the culture. the location is easily accessible by bus and there is a small church and a great restaurant nearby. the room was quite large with a/c and wi-fi. This boutique hotel is fantastic - Fillipo and his staff were amazing and very helpful - especially with transport and getting to and from Venice.
It is a well designed and superbly fitted out apartment style rooms.
Mestre is a great option to stay rather than to fight getting yourself and luggage to Venice island which is a 15 minute bus ride to Venice.
Legrenzi Rooms are located close to the bus and train station and a great restaurant and bar plus shopping is right outside the door!

The hotel is a family business that make us feel like we have our own apartment in Venice itself. The room is big and so confortable. There is also a coffee machine and breakfast with a frigo in side the room. The owner is so friendly and helpful. They provide us the best Info for the trip in Venice. I really love the service. The location is perfect. Just 5 mins by walking to the bus stop to Venice and 10 mins to the railway station Venice Mestre.
