The location of this hotel is PERFECT. It is a short 10 minute walk to Ben Yehuda and Mamilla. The breakfast is amazing. There is live piano player making beautiful music as we ate on the patio. The staff all spoke perfect English and were very helpful. The room was clean and the bathrooms nice. The rook top has an amazing view of the city. The staff is all wonderful

The service was professional and the tone personal, warm, and welcoming .
There was a generous complimentary happy hour on the balcony, sometimes in the breakfast area and in the lounge which was great as it gave us an opportunity to chat with fellow travellers and compare notes about what we had seen.

very pleased with very helpful staff who could answer all questions about where to eat and directions to places. Also facilitated arranging transportation to airport. I like the proximity to family in Armon Hanatsiv and the fact that it is so easy to get to the City Center by bus or even walk to Bet Lehem or Emeq.
It is also quieter than hotels in the city and has a great gym and health club. -
