Real paradise! Svarga Resort & SPA is a beautiful resort having villas (ADNA 403) with their own private pools and all amenities for a luxury stay. The villas are gorgeous, clean, and beautifully decorated. We had the privilege of experiencing the most exquisite five nights you can ever dream of. alle vurderinger » A beautiful boutique hotel, with careful thought given to interior design in colours and decor. The rooms are spotless and despite the resort situated on the main coastal road and our room being towards the front of the resort, we heard nothing once we closed our door. We stayed in the Neima room, without the pool which we were happy to do as the hotel pool is the place where you really want to swim with it's mountain view on one side and the view of Mount Agung in Bali on the other. The loc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although the hotel was still under construction it was not at all a problem. There was no restaurant or swimmingpool but the staff arranged for us so we could use a swimmingpool that belonged to another room, which was even better. The breakfast was amazing and served in our room every morning to our delight. The room was very nice and clean and we really enjoyed our 3 nights at this hotel. We would definately stay here again if come back to Lombok. We are sure this new hotel will be a new stanard in Lombok's Senggigi area since its ultimate approach for comfort, quality and guest relationships. The hotel staff (cleaners, receptionists and managers) was always very friendly and helpful and did everything possible to make our stay pleasant and easy. Definitely holding our recommendation for anyone visiting Lombok. No doubt, this hotel will be the best hotel in senggigi area. As the design is very impressive and stylish, every corner is interesting photo background. The Salza resto serve my favourite food, "udang pindang kenari" and "pad thai". I can not recommend this resort highly enough. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our every need. The food is excellent and the spa treatments we received were fabulous. The rooms were beautiful and well thought out. The design concept of the whole hotel is really beautiful, very nice interior decoration. Very good services oriented staff, good food, no alcoholic drinks was a surprise but finally a nice concept for a healthy and quiet stay. The best breakfast quality i have ever had. Huge and very well furnished room, quiet and relaxing. Nice view from resto and pool especially on sunset. Very attentive and friendly staff. Nice stay and memorable. New facilities, style with real taste, staff always friendly and trying to help, pool with a view, the more expensive rooms are a real gem. Staff were extremely helpful and informative. Clean amazing staff new hotel location. Staff and breakfast!. The design is great. But still under construction. Nothing, everything was perfect!. The hotel is still under construction (official opening in Oct 2013) which we knew at the time of booking. Apart of some discomfort resulted from the construction activities - which we were happy to go along with until we experienced no real disturbance at all - it would be unfair to note any problems or issues which will surely be fixed by the time of the official start. They don't serve alcohol. Not sure if this is temporary or permanent. You have to climb a lot of stairs to reach the restaurant and the swimming pool. It is not suitable for handicapped people. Still under construction with some noise, you need some (real cheap) transport to go anywhere. No alcohol at hotel could not enjoy a drink by the pool or with a meal this was not advertised it would have been a deal beaker no blinds on a large window witch meant no sleep in if your unfit you need to climb over a 100 steps to get to the pool, spa, restaurant and some rooms no information about hotel or lombok in room. Still under construction but will be fab come Jan 14. Wifi is soo poorly!! And tv is lacking. They are building everywhere, so you wake up early. If you are disabled or old I dont recomand it because you have to walk about 6 stairs to the restaurant and pool. Also no good road to carry your luggage to your room. No alcohol in hotel policy not explained on letsbookhotel.com web site, still part building site, rooms not sealed so insects in bedroom, room not cleaned daily. Only stay there if you are teetotal with more money than sense and able to climb many stairs.
