  A very nice place to stay: a haven of peace in the middle of busy Medan. Staying there feels like you are far, far away from the city. The rooms are good and clean. Airconditioning works well. Supplimentaries such as coffee, tea and bottles of water (definitively no tap water!!) are present. The swimming pool is nice and offers a panoramic view... hva folk sier » over de garden below. Though some extra sun beds would have been welcome. The restaurant is situated on a higher part of the compound and has an open - Peaceful location and generally pleasant staff (particularly Ellie who was the best of them all). We took the trip to the Supiso Piso waterfall and were given an interesting full day tour, including views over the magnificent Lake Toba, by the Hotel's friendly driver. Swimming pool was refreshing and well worth a visit after all that sightseeing!

  Great location - opposite Padang Merdeka @ Merdeka Walk and very close to Medan Railway Station (less than 5 mins walk). The room is big, the bathroom is big, the shower is big. The facilities are good. The breakfast buffet is excellent - lot of choices, I enjoy it very much. The staff are very good - excellent hospitality. I stayed for 3 nights, ... hva folk sier » in fact I spent my last day in the room, relaxing & enjoying the comfort. Highly recommended. Overall, it's excellent.!! - Everything was perfect, breakfast one of the most extended I have ever seen. Wellness facilities were great, massages very cheap in comparison with other hotels
