The Sheraton is a visually beautiful hotel - if you don't look
close. The design, layout, gardens and views are all perfect. My room
had a view of the gardens, pools and Mt. Merapi. The staff went out of
the way to make sure I was having a good time. The rooms are large and
airy but very worn down. Things didn't work from arrival to my
departure.

We enjoy the room ambience. Room service food was really nice and delicious. Housekeeping was very great and keep our room clean and tidy.Breakfast serve variety for our 3 days stay.
