very nice and luxurious rooms with a good selection of food and wine. Very near to the beach.
Our room is next to the swimming pool and just a few meters away from the infamous Lovina Beach. We managed to catch a ride to look for Dolphins and we were in luck to look more than what we bargain for. The hotel is strategically located and very quiet to our likings.
I was having trouble using their water to shower as it was tasted salted and their water temperature changes from time to time.

Swimming pool was not always clean(sometimes it was green!), restaurant was a bit expensive compared to restaurants in the city, but we took a Taxi to the centre. We were here 15nights so we wanted to eat somewhere else sometimes. We did Enjoy our stay very much!
For a Budget family friendly hotel this is one of the best. The staff are Great! don't miss out on one of Mickeys reflexology massages it is fantastic! Resturant staff are excellent, & the view was only the sea!! room was large superior, with end balcony excellent WifFi & safe in room. Pool was small but certainly clean. You can catch Beamo's just outside Hotel or order taxi. we stayed 6 nights fully recommend but remember you get what you pay for don't expect the Ritz.

We booked two family rooms which have sea view with lounge chairs and facing Bali sea, and the nearly full length windows give a clear view to the Bali sea from the room itself!
The twin beds made noise and the mattresses were a bit too soft for the back.
The staff and service were great. The view from our family room was spectacular. Great location to base ourselves for so many excellent day trips.
The only thing I could complain about is being charged for the use of the two old surf skis for a little while one day.
Right next to the beach, just walk out to beach and hop on a boat for dolphin watching. Nice swimming pool. Good in house massage although massage rooms are simply decorated.
Aircon located in the inner room for family and the outer sleeping room with a ceiling fan was not cool enough even at night. Can improve on breakfast provided.
Information compendium could be improved. The room was a bit tired and needed some repair work and repainting. The shower system not really satisfactory and the drains smelt coming up from plug hole. The bath took a long time to empty - needs checking out could be blocked and grease. It was a long walk to other restaurants at Lovina. We enjoyed the snorkelling and whished we could have done more.

Water pressure and hot water was virtually non existent. Don't book fishing and dolphin trips thorough the hotel. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF. if you book straight with the locals only 60 000 rupiah per person. Hotel about 2km from central so need transport to get into town. No taxis like there is in the other tourist areas of bali.

bathroom smelly and in poor state of repair added a % charge for using credit card to pay, no mention of this in their advert or at the hotel, just added to the bill.

The staff was not friendly may be because we are local people that's way they do not give any attention to us, even we pay the same money for the room etc. We do not feel like to stay in hospitality industry. As a local travel advisory we would not recommended this place.
