  All the staff were of the highest standard, and sincerely friendly. Lying by the pool & being able to watch your son surf is the perfect location. Restaurants food fantastic and again service perfect. Breakfast was great. The smart deal price made it the best value. Loved the complimentary afternoon teas & cocktail party. One of the nicest pools in the area, just at the beach. What we liked to is that the hotel is located where the road between the beach and the pool is blocked for motorbikes. This makes it a very quite place to relax.

  The staff were incredibly attentive, the facilities and pool bar were amazing and beautiful, the rooms were comfortable, clean and reasonably modern and the location is a short walk from cheap Kuta and classy Seminyak, right across the street from a great surf beach. Location is excellent and facilities are first class. Rooms are all good, we probably had the most basic (garden view) but they were very new and clean.   Unforgettable!! We had the most amazing room with sea views. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is perfectly located to discover the surrounding areas. We had breakfast in the hotel every morning and we were very impressed with the varietty on offer - from sushi to any kind of bread you can imagine! We will definitely stay at this hotel... hva folk sier » again if we do have the priviledge to go back to Bali one day. - Staff and service were excellent. Facilities top grade. Location is great with beach just across the road and lots of restaurants and mini markets along the side street of the hotel. Seafood BBQ buffet in Sembilan hotel retaurant was yummylicious. Main Kuta shopping strip is just 10-15 miutes away. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay
