We were on holiday with an extended family of eight, all adults. Rooms were good and staff very friendly, especially the restaurant personnel. Ideal location to main shopping destinations. I like the fact that it is just a walking distance from Kota Kasablanca, the new mall and close by the Ambassador Mall. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I also like that the facilities is almost complete and very suitable for a family stay with the reasonable price. The apartment is kept clean but the towels need to be changed to a new set

As an apartment, there was a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. Adequate space for me to meet with several people during my 2-day stay.

Great service, very comfortable rooms, located just near huge Mall Kelapa Gading with a wide range of shops, eateries, entertainment. The staff is young, polite, efficient. The food at breakfast and in the cafe is delicious and you can eat even late, after all the restaurants in the Mall are closed.

Even packed us a little breakfast as we departed for airport early hours of the morning. Those personal touches mean to lot to travellers. Food excellent. It is always a pleasure to return to Akmani. The hotel is not 5 star nor 1 star but it is nice and comfortable, rooms are nice, it is quiet during the night. You will really have a good sleep. Shower is nice, I like it! Location is excellent, 3 minute walk to McDonalds, Starbucks, Pizza Hut, Chillis, etc. Huge shopping mall 5 min with taxi, it will cost you $1 (Grand Indonesia). This is the best location I have stayed at in Jakarta.

We enjoy the room ambience. Room service food was really nice and delicious. Housekeeping was very great and keep our room clean and tidy.Breakfast serve variety for our 3 days stay. Free Shuttle transfer to Mangga Dua area is useful. As we need it every day. Free Internet service at the lobby was very good and I can update my family and friends easily.
