  The location was great, away from the hustle and bustle but not far in a taxi or the free shuttle bus if you want to travel around. It is close to Carrefour for shopping and groceries, has a good restaurant and the best thing of all is the staff who are friendly, helpful and made it a joy to stay for our full two weeks. - The food was the best ou... hva folk sier » t of the three other hotels we stayed at. Widhi and Dian were a pleasure meet with at meal times and couldn't have been more helpful. It was very clean. All the staff were great.

  The hotel was very nice, clean rooms and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop dinning was nice but for breckfast there was not enough tables for all, if it was sunny people had to sit in the sun, so I suggest to get to breckfast early to get a table in the shade. - While we were in Bali, I ended up being very si... hva folk sier » ck. The staff were very helpful and nice and called the doctor for me in the middle of the night. They called the room a few times the following day to see how I was feeling and if I needed anything. Cannot say enough for the staff!
