i like the location of the hotel as it was close to the holy shrine and also 2 minute walk from neeta bus pickup point. the bedding wasn't changed and the pillows were dirty. the bathroom though clean had a broken window and the hand shower of the western wasn't working. the room service was very poor and despite several calls my bedding was not changed. the tea arrives after 1 hour of placement of order and breakfast didn't arrived at all.
