  Staff were very helpful in telling me how to get to various sights around city. Had IT guy come to my room when WiFi didn't work. Close to Pizza on the bay, for b/l/d - the staff was friendly not greedi kind. location was good. parking of the car was comfirtable. bfast was served v good. i like the place.

  We stayed here for 5 nights while visiting friends in Mumbai & some sight-seeing. We loved it. Modern, huge rooms, great TV safe. It was a busy hotel, but they served people well. Their older style lift was sweet & always a man to operate. The cleaning staff were also very caring. The guy on the roof top breakfast area was lovely & the... hva folk sier » y tried their best to serve a nice breakfast to western tourists. It was a great spot & the front door staff were wonderful & so friendly. The - Lovely hotel with excellent rooms at a great price. Maybe the softest bed I've ever been in! The staff were excellent, really helpful, gave me advice on the local area and helped me get some IPL tickets. Good location about 50 meters from Marine Drive

  Waouw!!!!! Superbly superb. I am used to go to Bombay but it was the first time I stayed at Four Seasons, because I knew their excellent roof-top bar; AER. It is really perfection. It's a five-star hotel but really the best I've visited till now. India, and mainly Bombay, knows how to welcome guests but this was AWESOME! The staff is really pe... hva folk sier » rfect, even more than perfect. - The manager is always responsive and available to help out especially with difficult scheduling etc. Staff at every level are friendly, always look up and acknowledge customers, always making us feel that they appreciate our business.
