  Staff were very helpful in telling me how to get to various sights around city. Had IT guy come to my room when WiFi didn't work. Close to Pizza on the bay, for b/l/d - the staff was friendly not greedi kind. location was good. parking of the car was comfirtable. bfast was served v good. i like the place.

  The location is brilliant, right on the coast with amazing views down Marine Drive. Easily walkable to sights of Mumbai and India Gate with places to eat nearby. Internet was a cost but reasonably (100Rs an hour) and the room has satellite tv. Staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke good English. (They also knew to give us Westnerners toile... hva folk sier » t paper). The room was a good size and it had a safe. The reception staff were very accommodating, letting us check in early when we got off the nig - Quick check-in, friendly staff and service. Rooms are clean and livable though not luxurious but for the money in Churchgate area is excellent value. Will recommend friends. If more items are on breakfast meny, like south Indian dishes will be great!

  We stayed here for 5 nights while visiting friends in Mumbai & some sight-seeing. We loved it. Modern, huge rooms, great TV safe. It was a busy hotel, but they served people well. Their older style lift was sweet & always a man to operate. The cleaning staff were also very caring. The guy on the roof top breakfast area was lovely & the... hva folk sier » y tried their best to serve a nice breakfast to western tourists. It was a great spot & the front door staff were wonderful & so friendly. The - Lovely hotel with excellent rooms at a great price. Maybe the softest bed I've ever been in! The staff were excellent, really helpful, gave me advice on the local area and helped me get some IPL tickets. Good location about 50 meters from Marine Drive

  The staff went out of their way to make me feel at home and well taken care of. the level of care and attention was over the top. however, the actual hotel needs upgrades in systems operation, e.g. the elevators. i did not like the fact that i could not open the window, either.// the business centre is okay and the staff there are super great,... hva folk sier » but in fact you must pay a hefty fee per hour to use the internet and it's quite expensive to use it in your room, as well. the hotel should listen - Wonderfull experience: a very professional, high end approach but with a fun and humorous twist. First time ever I felt so welcomed and appreciated as a guest. Small but important wishes and desires were remembered and taken care of (food allergies, preference for breakfast, room temperature, preferred cushion).
