Our stay at the Ascot Hotel was wonderful although we only stayed for a day but the staff made it as comfortable as it could be. The breakfast was basic and tasty. The room was very clean. The location was convenient for a city tour and shopping; you can find a whole street market just a minute walk to the main street in addition to Taj Mahal Pala

The service was impeccable from the moment I arrived to the moment I
left. There were so many personal touches that it is is impossible to
mention them all! Location is fantastic for the sea, restaurants, colaba
etc. the room was in pristine condition with many complimentaries on

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The service was excellent, the best service I've had from a hotel in years. The rooms were immaculate, equipped with all comforts. The bed was extremely comfortable and felt like a big hug every time I lay down! Swimming pool area was also very nice and the views from both sides of the hotel are lovely.
Would highly recommend a stay here in Mumbai.

Wonderfull experience: a very professional, high end approach but with a fun and humorous twist. First time ever I felt so welcomed and appreciated as a guest.
