Luggage can also be left here in case of early arrival. A prior appointment needs to be scheduled in order to check-in outside office hours using the contact details found on your booking confirmation and may be subject to an additional fee. Please note the card holder must be present during check-in and all guests must provide a valid ID (passport, driver's license or national ID card) at check-in. All booking confirmations are valid only on successful payment and upon presentation of relevant identification documents. Please note that once guests have checked in, the total amount of the reservation is applicable and non-refundable. Full payment is required on arrival. Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorisation, extra guests will be charged. Please note that a refundable security deposit may be collected upon check-in for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that the property operates a strict no party and no social gathering policy and penalties will apply to guests breaking this rule. Guests are also required to behave in a responsible and socially acceptable manner at all times while occupying the apartment and to be considerate and courteous to all the neighbors. In case of non-social behavior or complaint, guests agree to vacate the apartment immediately without refund or redress. In rare case of any non-availability of this property, the property will offer you an alternate property of equivalent or higher standard in the vicinity. Please note that the property offers Special Rates for Weekly Stays (minimum 7 nights) & Monthly Stays (minimum 28 nights) but all bookings will be required to pay electricity charges upon actual usage.
