  Very good value for money - our own room for 5 people for 3 nights was 20 euros each. The location was great, easy to walk everywhere and there was a cute little cafe on the corner which was open until 4am - so that was great for a late night chill! It did kareoke too and the locals singing were pretty amusing. A very short walk to the river and t... hva folk sier » he main street with the synagogue on it. There were some nice stalls there selling touristy stuff but also mulled wine and food. - Location is simply perfect, everything's in walking distance in the downtown. Further sites of Budapest can be cought by really cheap (~15€) hop-on hop-off offer by the reception. Staff is really professinal and kind, specially the guys (thanks for the bar recommendations). Everything was clean and fresh. Definetelly recommended to other backpackers.

  This hostel is the best place to stay in Budapest (trust me, I was born in here and I know the town and hostels well...): perfect location, extremely clean, comfortable mattress, beautiful design, nice atmosphere, selective trash collection, good security features, very helpful and nice staff, perfectly equipped kitchen, good price, calm and quiet... hva folk sier » place - best choice if you want to sleep at night :) - Staff was extremely helpful even in the situations where they are not expected to be helpful. If you are traveling with friends or alone or with family I would recommend this hostel anyone. Rooms are super clean too!

  Very nice cute hostel, liked the location, close to the metro and attractions of the center Budapest. I loved the staff, friendly people and willing to help... There is a kitchen where you can cook or something to warm up in the microwave. I had a single room. The shower was on the same floor, but there was always possibility to take a shower wit... hva folk sier » hout waiting .. No one bothered in the morning. You can have your breakfast in the kitchen . They served breakfast with tea and coffee .. The metro is - The location is all sorts of perfect-right by the underground, right by a cute lil farmers market and a 20 minute tree lined walk to the Fine Arts Museum, plus some nice bars and cafes. Seriously the location is wonderful.The building is lovely as well-a little old and rundown but in a kinda fairytaleish way, and is very roomy, not cramped at all. You have your own sense of space even in the shared rooms. For the price its seriously a total steal.

  Mandy Hostel is one big appartment with four nice furnished bedrooms and three toilets. In the appartment you can also find well equiped kitchen with all necessary things which are free to use. It is running by family which was very pleasant and helpfull. They even drove me to the train station when I left the appartment to continue my journey to... hva folk sier » Prague. I would recommend this appartment to every person that is travelling to Budapest seeking for this type of accomodation. - Hostel is really good, located close to city center. The owner of it waited for me to come there, she told me what to see in the city and how to get there. Hostel is a flat with several rooms, at that time I was the only person staying there so basically all aparment was mine, no one bothered me. Everything there is clean, they even give towel and leave maps to get around the city. Loved the hostel, if I would be in Budapest once again, I woul book it again.
