You will find the friendliness of the staff before you even reach this
guest room. Judit, the owner sent me a few emails after my booking. I
already felt comfortable and safe before I even check in to this guest
room. Once I was there, Judit took time to explain me everything that I
could possibly see in Budapest within my time limit. Once I was in the
room, I was surprised to see the decoration of the room. The room and
the washroom were practically spotless. Everything was so well kept. I

The staff at the guesthouse were very friendly and informative about
Budapest. The rooms were big and bright and cleaned every day. It was
nice and warm inside (which made a big difference when it was snowing
outside). There was a wide variety of different food options at
breakfast, so everyone is catered for. They even organised airport
transfer to/from the airport. I stayed here with my mum and she
couldnt fault the place. We both loved it! :)

The travel cot supplied for our 17 month old was great and really comfy for him, the staff were really helpful when we were there but also leading up to our trip with help organising our airport shuttle and other taxis we needed. the apartments were excellent and very clean and tidy.

The staff at k9 were very friendly and helpful. The staff were happy to locate and lend items to me that I forgot to bring. Good location for exploring and for bars in the evening. The rooms are great value, having a cooker and a fridge and a coffee maker en suite meant we could buy fresh and cook ourselves. Finally, the beds were fine. Comfortable enough for a good night's sleep and although the hotel was on the main drag, the shutters and blinds knocked out (most of) the noise.

We couldn't have been happier with our apartment. A group of 10 split between two two-bed apartments- ours was spacious, clean and with all the mod cons.

The room was perfect! I was surprised. It was new, big, clean and comfortable. There was a desk, wardrobe, chairs, TV, mini fridge, nice and big bathroom and nice big bed. Nice location, near the opera, in two stations you can be near the Déak Ferenc Square stop. There are bars, mini market, church and expensive and famous stores near.

Excellent location, everything is within walking distance, but there is also an underground station (Blaha Lujza ter on M2) right in front of the hotel. Because it's not central located, prices in shops and restaurants are up to 75% lower, plenty of them around the corner. Quiet beautifull old building, big rooms, clean, very helpfull staff (our bus for the next day was cancelled, but they found another one and also made the reservation for us), safe building and area.
