  We have been with 2 dogs - labradors, the staff really loved the dogs and they have left in the bathroom an extra towel for them (I guess) that really impressed me, although we had ours and didnt need it.   The location was perfect for walking to the city and old town. The spa area was lovely. Except for one waiter in the restaurant, the staff was fantastic. The rooms were a bit small, but acceptable. The shower was tiny. Some rooms had balconies. Breakfast and dinner were both very good.   Once we managed to walk there (no taxis available at bus station) it was in a good location for walking around town. Staff was helpful. Ac worked (but we were charged for it); WiFi sometimes worked (but at least it was indeed free).
