  The hotel was very elegant and well presented with a very impressive lobby. The concierge service was excellent, helped us book tickets for a boat cruise and recommended a restaurant that was excellent. There was live piano music in the evening in the lobby/bar area which made it really atmospheric and pleasant to have a drink there. Quality of th... hva folk sier » e drinks was also very good. Rooms are very comfortable and everything looks new, but don't expect a lot of free space. Breakfast was excellent with a - Excellent staff, exceptionally clean and stylish hotel, great facilities, especially the Wellness pools and saunas which were a godsend at the end of a hot day city walking. We could not fault this hotel and will be sure to try and stay here when we visit this wonderful city again. We have already told all our friends how good Continental Hotel Zara was!

  Everything. The room was very clean and nice. The staff was excellent and spoke English. The restaraunt was very nice with great view. - We had a room with an excellent view over the Danube river!! the staff was extremely friendly

  Wow! What a gem of a hotel. We were pleasantly surprised at how fabulous this hotel is... everything from the location, decor to the staff service. It certainly added to our experience of Budapest. Make sure you ask them to book all your tours, etc. They have great suggestions and ideas - and the prices were more than reasonable. This was my daugh... hva folk sier » ter's favourite hotel out of the six we stayed at on our two week tour. Very highly recommended. - The second time we stayed here and it was just as excellent. A stunning design hotel with a special feel. The bed was the most comfortable we've slept in and the quality of the bathroom, and large bath, was a real treat. Using the special rates on letsbookhotel.com means that this is excellent value - we even got a room upgrade despite paying the basic rate!!
