  Very clean, good quality interior, back rooms a little smaller than front ones but very quiet indeed. We could sleep with an open window. Good breakfast 7-10am, replenished regularly: fried, boiled, scrambled eggs, bacon (but rather fatty), hot sausages, beans, cold meats, cheeses, tomatoes, cucumbers, fruits, yoghurts, various breads, nice little... hva folk sier » sweet pastries etc. We didn't hear any noise from the hallway or other rooms, except one evening when a chair was moved across a floor (floors are wo - 1.   The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. We asked if we could take a baby high chair into our apartment and they allowed us to take one from the breakfast buffet restaurant. Tjhe apartment was cleaned, bathroom amenities and even washing detegrant provided on a daily basis. The service is excellent and worth of 5 stars. The staff was very friendly and helpful for all our needs. We didn't bother with the breakfast because there are plenty of local bakeries and Boscolo provides free coffee 24 hours. Location was great - access to all forms of local transportation - best bet is to buy 3 day pass at the airport as Budapest is pretty spread out.

  Judit, who checked me in, was very generous with city information, suggestions and directions. She should be commended. The staff in general are all attentive and client oriented. The breakfast buffet is quite extensive and tasty. - It was fabulous! We really enjoyed ourseves. The hotel is really stylish.

  Et utmerket hotel, med fin atmosfære. Stille,rolig, hyggelig og med dedikerte ansatte som gjorde det de kunne for at vi skulle få et fint opphold. - Vi trvdes meget godt. Det eneste minus var at bestilling av ekstra pleie i Spa avdelingen ikke var mulig da alt var booket.

The concierge service was excellent, helped us book tickets for a boat cruise and recommended a restaurant that was excellent. We could not fault this hotel and will be sure to try and stay here when we visit this wonderful city again. We have already told all our friends how good Continental Hotel Zara was!
