  The atmosphere of the hostel, with its eclectic, but harmonic design was amazing and we felt like being at a very nice, private home. Boldizsar, the owner and the staff are very sympathetic, relaxed and were always helpful (we got great tips what to visit in the city). The location of the hostel could not be better, it's right in the city center, ... hva folk sier » in a calm street, but only 1 minute from the Central Market Hall and the main shopping street. We stayed in the very unique Baroque room and we loved - The location is perfect, it is within a short walking distance to a shopping street and public transportation. It is very clean, nicely decorated, and has a cosy atmosphere; it feels like home :) Both the manager, Boldizsar, and staff are very polite and helpful. Next time I visit Budapest I will definitely stay in Miller Hostel.

  Me and my partner stayed for a long weekend over August bank holiday. We couldn't believe the size of the room for the value that we paid. It had a bathroom with a toilet and shower/bath, an area outside this room with double mirrored wardrobes, with an iron and safe inside. All rooms are ' suites ', very spacious, very luxirious with great attention to all details. The location, although not with a Danube river view, was 2 mnitues from the river and close to everything that would be of interest to tourist. We enjoyed this hotel very much and would stay there again , whenever. The fact that our room was only C$ 104.00 per night which included a daily breakfast did help.   Wow! What a gem of a hotel. We were pleasantly surprised at how fabulous this hotel is... everything from the location, decor to the staff service. It certainly added to our experience of Budapest. Make sure you ask them to book all your tours, etc. They have great suggestions and ideas - and the prices were more than reasonable. A stunning design hotel with a special feel. The bed was the most comfortable we've slept in and the quality of the bathroom, and large bath, was a real treat. Using the special rates on letsbookhotel.com means that this is excellent value - we even got a room upgrade despite paying the basic rate!!

  We upgraded to an executive room and it was lovely. Absolutely the best hotel bed I have ever slept in. We had a magnificent view over the Danube and the breakfast and evening facilities in the executive lounge were second to none. We had a lovely meal in Peppers restaurant and they had a very talented singer and piano player to entertain us. It was our first - This hotel provides good service at decent prices. We booked two executive rooms, which while relatively compact, provided all we needed. We arrived early, before our rooms were ready, but with our (discounted) exec rooms we spent some time on the excellent executive terrace & lounge, with free drinks and a great view of the river. This ia more of a big business hotel of course, but for us it was a usefull one-night stop on our Road Trip. Breakfast (also in the exec lounge) was quite good.
