  The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. We asked if we could take a baby high chair into our apartment and they allowed us to take one from the breakfast buffet restaurant. Tjhe apartment was cleaned, bathroom amenities and even washing detegrant provided on a daily basis. The service is excellent and worth of 5 stars. The staff was very friendly and helpful for all our needs. We didn't bother with the breakfast because there are plenty of local bakeries and Boscolo provides free coffee 24 hours. Location was great - access to all forms of local transportation - best bet is to buy 3 day pass at the airport as Budapest is pretty spread out.

  The hotel is located very conveniently in the heart of budapest with access to metro, bus and tram right outside the door. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. We stayed in a superior room which comes with a huge balcony and provides a beautiful view of the adjacent streets and buildings. And the room itself was beautiful!   I liked everything. The apartment was wonderfull, the cost is very cheap. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. Our room was on a ground flor and we had the opportunity to go out to the yard. Wery quiet and comfortable despite the fact that it is located almost in the centre of the city. I can say a lot about this hotel, it's excellent.... hva folk sier » When i visit Budapest next time, i'll stay only in Vivaldi Apartment - The apartment was very nice and even had a washer in the apartment for us to use. The staff was helpful and nice. There is a small fenced yard available to let dogs of their leash and run around for a bit. There is secured parking, which takes the stress away from anything happening to your car. This was a good place to stay and we would stay again.
