All exactly like on the fotos. Free parking has only 8 spots, there is a garage which costs 8EUR/night, however you can pay only for those nights actually spent in garage, if you get a free place for other nights. Some difficulties with English while communicating with receptionist, actually is hard to communicate English in Hungary in general. -

It was clean and friendly. The food was good, the staff were considerate and unobtrusive. Excellent value for money overall. The location is convenient (on a ring-road, on a tram-route that links to two of the metro lines). Anyone who's in the city for an MTK or Ferencvaros game will find it VERY convenient.

Modern hotel, that offers 4-star standard rooms, that are sufficiently
equipped and comfortable. Nice view from the 12th floor, where you can
find a spa and fitness area and the hotel bar. Free parking and free
internet access even when using the computers in the lobby. Various
breakfast. Almost unbeatable price-/performance ratio for the city
of Budapest.

Location is good (close to subway and railway station as well as to the main attractions and sightseeing routs), staff is also not bad, but we've got wrong tip on how to get to the funicular and were advised to buy tickets for hop-on/hop-off bus, but with no mentioning of the fact that price in hotel is higher than regular (and it's really weird even for Budapest). This place was great. AC was working the way AC should not like some hotels claim to have AC and really have some P.O.S system that's 20 years outdated. Those of you that travel should know what I'm referring too. The room was very spacious for the money and the bed was cozy and king size. Bfast was basic but gave you a good start to the day.
