The location. Proximity to the balaton, right on the lakeside with sun beds and parasols available. Beds comfortable. The hotel is a bit run down need to have some money spent on it but it was clean and the staff was nice. Very dated hotel in serious need of redecoration. Very tatty. Lack of air con was a real issue in 40 plus heat. The hotel only accepts cash.
