Localization- city center, close to restaurants, touristic atractions- amazing restaurant at the same street- opposite to the one with buffet. 2. placed in an historic building( do not pay attention to the entrance;-)) 1st floor with no elevator but not a problem. 3. very helpfull and taking care receptionists.4. Very clean and warm... hva folk sier » ( it was 19th of december and we opened window in the middle of the night) room mostly with rose colurs. 5. furnitured simple, basic way but - The staff at the guesthouse were very friendly and informative about Budapest. The rooms were big and bright and cleaned every day. It was nice and warm inside (which made a big difference when it was snowing outside). There was a wide variety of different food options at breakfast, so everyone is catered for. They even organised airport transfer to/from the airport. I stayed here with my mum and she couldnt fault the place. We both loved it! :)

  We couldn't have been happier with our apartment. A group of 10 split between two two-bed apartments- ours was spacious, clean and with all the mod cons. The staff were really helpful and friendly - especially Gabor - and were willing to help with directions, cabs and weren't annoyed when the other group paid a bit later.   Great apartments, for a short or long stay in Budapest! Just off the beaten path, so quiet and peaceful, however very close to the Chain Bridge, City Center and all the great locations in Budapest! We could walk everywhere from the Hotel! Our room (the Studio) was generously appointed with large flat screen TV, wireless internet, air-conditioning ... hva folk sier » (which was very nice with +30°c temperatures outside!) Full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave! And after a full day of seeing the sites the beds - 1. The apartment was very nice and clean 2. The staff is excellent and look very professional with uniform creating an awesome first impression and they can speak excellent English. Staff is very helpful in guiding one to the city and providing good tips. Everyone has a great cheerful attitude. 3. The security guards are although from another company but they always greet the guests with smile and saying Hello. 4. The location is very nice, right in the middle of all happenings
