  Judit, who checked me in, was very generous with city information, suggestions and directions. She should be commended. The staff in general are all attentive and client oriented. The breakfast buffet is quite extensive and tasty. - It was fabulous! We really enjoyed ourseves. The hotel is really stylish.

  Nydelig rom. Vi hadde en silver suite og det sjelden man har 40 m2 til rådighet! Kjøkkenkroken ble flittig benyttet og var, for oss, et godt alternativ. Resepsjonen var behjelpelige med bordbestilling, konsertbilletter og bussbilletter. Spa-avdelingen var meget avslappende og ren. - sentral beliggenhet og god service. veldig rent alle steder.

  We upgraded to an executive room and it was lovely. Absolutely the best hotel bed I have ever slept in. We had a magnificent view over the Danube and the breakfast and evening facilities in the executive lounge were second to none. We had a lovely meal in Peppers restaurant and they had a very talented singer and piano player to entertain us. It was our first - This hotel provides good service at decent prices. We booked two executive rooms, which while relatively compact, provided all we needed. We arrived early, before our rooms were ready, but with our (discounted) exec rooms we spent some time on the excellent executive terrace & lounge, with free drinks and a great view of the river. This ia more of a big business hotel of course, but for us it was a usefull one-night stop on our Road Trip. Breakfast (also in the exec lounge) was quite good.

  The Hotel's location, just by the mall, specially with the inside door thru mall which one we could easily go to without getting outside during those coldest days. The king bed and shower were amazing. - sleep ;)

  It's the second time we've stayed there in a short while. As we went to Croatia by car, we stopped in Budapest going and coming back. After the first experience in the hotel, we wanted to return. We booked a larger suite (silver) and when we got there they upgraded us to a gold suite free of charge. That's an upgrade from a 200 euro room to a 500 e... hva folk sier » uro room. I give it an A+ on all counts. Excellent - We liked everything. A true 5 star experience. Extremely cleanrooms, spacios, designer body lotions and shampoo in the bathroom,location is right in the old city, next to a castle, free parking -which is something rare in Budapest, the staff were extremelyaccomodating and the restaurant was a palate's delight.   Everything. The room was very clean and nice. The staff was excellent and spoke English. The restaraunt was very nice with great view. - We had a room with an excellent view over the Danube river!! the staff was extremely friendly
