  I simply loved this hotel. The innkeeper Victor is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located just a couple of minutes away from Fishermans Bastion - a beautiful Place where you can sit in the evening with a fantastic view, a glass of Tokajer and a live-band playing violin-Music. We arrived late in the evening and he arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport. The Budavar Pension is clean, quiet and is in an excellent location, very close to the Fisherman's Bastion, Buda Castle and is only a 5 to 10 minute walk from the Chain Bridge. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped also. The building has its own underground parking lot, which is definitely an advantage in this part of town. The main highlight of BPHome is the superb location: the House of Parliament, the Danube, the Basilica and the Andrássy Boulevard are in 5-10 minutes walking distance.

The location is excellent surrounded by different entertainment options. Loads of bars, pubs and shopping possibilities just outside the place. There was a wide variety of different food options at breakfast, so everyone is catered for. They even organised airport transfer to/from the airport. I stayed here with my mum and she couldnt fault the place. We both loved it! :)

The staff were happy to locate and lend items to me that I forgot to bring. Good location for exploring and for bars in the evening. The rooms are great value, having a cooker and a fridge and a coffee maker en suite meant we could buy fresh and cook ourselves. Finally, the beds were fine. Comfortable enough for a good night's sleep and although the hotel was on the main drag, the shutters and blinds knocked out (most of) the noise.
