Miss Reka is very helpful as usual, it's my first time staying in an apartment instead of hotel and I love the whole cooking experience in a rented apartment overseas kinda feeling. The room is cosy just as shown on the picture. It's a 5 star location! Very convenient transport system around. Remember, the best way to get to the apartment is to take bus 2V from Nyugati Pályaudvar metro station. If you're carrying loads of heavy luggage, switch to M2 metro at Deak Ferenc Tér and stop at Kossuth .
alle vurderinger » The location was great! Right next to the Parliament! There was a supermarket nearby, several places to eat as well. Convenient with Tram 2. The room was spacious enough for two, the toilet was big enough and both were extremely clean upon check in. We only stayed for 3 days so we didn't need the room to be made. There were plates and bowls, cutlery, a fridge, a microwave, a sink - all very useful to have breakfast in the room. The heaters worked fine too. It was well worth the amount we paid!. - Calm street right nearby parliament. - Smart mail communication (they can provide you doorcode of the block of flats) - Very reliable price, everything important is within walk distance - you do not need tram-ticket. - Tichá ulice hned vedle parlamentu. - Příjemná mailová komunikace (sdělí vám kód od domu, do mailu předem, když si o něj napíšete). - Dobrá cena, nepotřebujete jízdenku, vše je v dochůzí vzdálenosti. The lady at the reception was very nice and helpful, she provides us with very good information. She waited for us at the time when we arrived as there is no permanent reception. The appartment was well-equipped - very hot water and heating was well regulated, everything what you need for a short stay. It was located in a quiet street quite close to the downtown. Excellent relaxing and quiet location, supermarkets and cafe/bars within a few hundred yards. metro station nearby,apartment was well appointed and clean with lashings of hot water,mini kitchen,good heating and air conditioning.All in all a very pleasant experience.Agnes the Apartments. manager was very friendly and highly efficient and helpful. The location is just perfect! Nice quiet street and everything is close to it! Nice and comfortable bed, basically clean. There is air-conditioning in the room+a big flat screen+free wifi. Although the room is not too big, but big enough for two people. And all these things for a really cheap price! Liked it and would go back again. The location was perfect, major attractions are in walking distance from the apartment. Various places nearby to eat. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The lady at the reception spoke English very well and was quite helpful to inform about the places to visit and do shopping. We enjoyed the location of the apartments. It was in 3 minutes walking from the Parliament and Kossuth Lajos Ter underground station. There was a fridge, TV-set and air conditioner in every room. The pickup service of the hotel was very convenient and cheap. Quite affordable, clean and comfortable. Location was great, close to the heart of the city and with plenty of public transportation and grocery stores within walking distance. The staff is friendly specially Ms Réko , very helpful to book for us the ticket .The neighborhood is very quiet ( next to ministry of defense ). The lobby and the lift were spooky. tried coming back alone at 12:30am and I thought the lift isn't working (there're two lifts actually, another one facing the other side) and I climbed two flight if stairs. I almost burst into tears due to the darkness and spookiness. After figuring out how it works, everything is fine. When we checked in, the staff said we can pay the next day but it was difficult to get a hold of her (hardly anyone at the reception). Until our last day, we managed to see her and immediately paid. The walls were thin and we could hear people in the next room even if they're talking at normal volume. - Parking is charged on the streets (8a.m.-8p.m.), there is underground parking nearby - 390 CZK per 24 hrs. - Parkování - ve všední dny musí být placené (8a.m.-8p.m.) - ale kousek je podzemní parkoviště s parkovným 390 Kč za 24 hodin. you could hear every word from the corridors (from the reception - as it was 2 metres from our room) or from other rooms (under the door there was a gap), difficulties with shuting the window. More English language tv channels would be great. The parking on the street is not free, (from 8.am. till 8p.m. costs 440 HUF per hour, but the weekend is free) We just met with the receptionist, when we checked in, but never again. The walls were very thin. We could hear playing TV in the next room. There was no electric cooker in one of the rooms. One of the electric outlets wasn`t working. It was a bit confusing how to get into the building to do the checkin. The building entry and the elevator looks dodgy ,but once you are inside the apartment ; every things is fine. The organization is not the best: you go to the location on the website, call them and only then someone comes and takes you to your apartment (in our case in a different street, nearby). Also there is no 24h reception and they're closed on sunday, altough you can call them if you need something. Minor details. The bathroom section could be improved a bit. Floors were little dusty. I was missing hooks for towels. Water in shower moved very slowly to sewer. The entrance way into the block of flats (it is a shared entrance) is very grubby but the apartment itself was absolutely fine. No comments. Just one big towel per Person, I expected to have 2, was staying 2 nights there No soap in the bathroom No hair dryer Wardrobe was really small for 2 people, it is ok only to stay there for a very short time. the only strange thing was that nobody was there during the day. It has been really difficult to speak with someone even to pay!!. Toilet seat was wobbly. it is very small, but you get what you can guess for this sort of money. One silly thing - it is a bad joke to have an apartment with no corkscrew in!.
