CityRooms is great place to stay in Budapest. In the middle of city centar and enought quiet! Rooms, kitchen and batrooms were very clean! All people in hostel were very quiet so you can rest enought for next day. Those stairs are great, some kind of exercise :) Lady Eszter is so kind! she directed us what to do and showed us the whole hostel and then she gone. Because of that we had feeling like we are in our apartment! Bathrooms are great, very nice and clean with hot water 24/7. We recommend. alle vurderinger »
Great location near the main sites and close to some great restaurants and bars. The apartments and facilities were very comfortable and suited our needs. The staff were all very kind, and even hung up our wet washing for us!.
very nice place and very good apartment. It was not a reall hotel, but whole apartment in a building nearby. We had a washing mashine and kitchen with all stuff inside. Strongly recommend you this place.
Good location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Sufficient number of showers. If you do not require special comfort, this is a great choice for a short stay for a reasonable price.
Very lovely and clean hose, feel like at home! Even though it is shared bath room , the cleanness is perfect. Location is convenience to go everywhere. Highly recommended !.
Eszter was very friendly and helpful. The hostel is very close to the nicest areas of Budapest, perfect for a short trip packing in as much sight-seeing as possible.
It;s a really small hostel, quite quiet, with a nice kitchen situated in
the center, close to the turistic places. The receptionist was really
nice and helpful.
I live in Hungary and move often for few days to Budapest for few days. City Rooms was a perfect solution for short period staying!.
Location was great, people there were kind, kitchen and bathrooms were shared but really clean, nothing bad to say about:).
Clean hostel, pretty comfortable bed, kitchen and washing machine at your disposal, location is very very good.
The staff was absolutely excelent and the hostel was so clean. I can just recommend it to everybody.
Great option! Excellent in every way! My mom and I really admire the hostess. Thanks!.
Central location, very clean. I have to be honest, it was over our
expectations!.
In city center, close to metro station and easy to reach tourist attractions.
Central position
Cheap accomodation
Helpful landlady
Clean Accomodation.
Very good place in the center of the city, nice owner, fine price.
Location is great ,near the metro station. Clean and lovely room.
Location was great, staff was helpful, room was clean and tidy.
The location was excellent. Clean and very nice rooms.

Location and stuff.
Comfortable room.
The woman in charge was really nice. Rooms have an individual fridge,
although our unfortunately was not working properly. Toilets are fairly
clean considering that they are shared. There's always toilet paper.
it's easy to reach the river and the walking street. And the owner is a nice lady who was nice by my terrible interruption via phone :-).
The location was exellent. A bit noisy and hot.
It is near the subway,7 minutes walk.Wi-fi.
We didn't know how to use coffe maker :D.
Nothing I did not like :).
No light at the central stairway. At night I used the light from my mobile phone.
The problem is that it's a quite old building without a lift and you
have to climb till the third floor. There's nobody at the reception
if you have any questions or problems, however you can call the
receptionist / owner.
Too many steps (3-rd floor). Don't take too many bags with you.
have to check out before 10am, too early.
very soft matress!.
There is no elevator , so many step to the city rooms.
The bathrooms are not clean. Although we have stayed 4 nights, I
haven't noticed that the toilets or showers has cleaned, the sink
was full of hair during our stay.
A couple more steps than comfortable after a long day -- but manageable!.
Everything was okey.
Shared facilities for cooking. Shared showers, toilets.
We got two individual beds instead of a double bed. There is no
elevator. It's not really a hotel, it's actually a flat with a
few bedrooms, toilets, showers and a "kitchen" (just microwave
and fridge; no oven nor vitroceramic hob or similar). Actually the name
City Rooms is pretty well choosed. The woman in charge only comes by a
couple of hours during the day, to clean, wash towels and so on, but
there's no one there most part of the time. Walls with poor acustic
acoustic isolation.
one of the bathroom's water is not flowing smooth. And some guys arrived at hostel late but talked loudly in the living room during midnight.
I think the pictures don't tell the truth..
uncomfortable beds.
There was no heat on evening and in the morning to hot. the bathrooms are not separated.
