  Everything. All the staff was extremely friendly and discreet with a very warm welcoming upon arrival and a welcome complimentary tea set service while I arrived in the room.   Fantastic service, luxurious, everything was wonderfu - Zeffirino restaurant on the 31st floor, which interestingly the staff don't actively recommend, is great, not too pricy! The hotel is great value for money being on the Island.

  Very positive. Its was a beatiful room, clean and tidy. The staff was excellent, helpful and courteous. I loved the special touches like the little bear you left, the fresh friut and chocolates. A credit to the management for such exemplery attention to detail I will be definitely coming back - Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff were readily available at all times to service the room. Great location.
