Really clean room, small freezer, hot water and ac working perfect fine. Cute and simple room decoration and a nice view from the balcony. Spotlessly clean rooms and comfortable beds. As with most Sporades towns access involves steps but owner's husband insisted on carrying our cases for us. Great reestaurant, The Windmill, just up the hill with good food and amazing views over harbour. Found Vetti Rooms easily with letsbookhotel.com map.

  Wonderful hotel! Kavos is in a fantastic location -- it overlooks the port of Patitiri and is a 5 minute walk to the town centre. We felt very lucky to have booked a hotel in such a convenient location since we had friends staying in other hotels that were much more of a hike to the centre. It is worth it to spend the extra money on a view room since the port is spectacular, esp - The hotel is situated at the best possible location. It is on a hill right next to the sea and practically next to the port. The view from the balcony is splendid. The rooms are clean and there is nothing that you can really complain about.

  Wonderful view, quiet place, very clean, the family is very helpful. Closed to the hotel there are many taverna, supermarket, beaches..we loved our vacation in Kolios View Studios. - Excellent Sea-View from all rooms of the hotel. Nice swimming pool and 2 beaches (Kolios & Agia Paskevi) within 10 min. walk. The stuff is very friendly.
