We really had a great time. fira (karterados) is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday especially in june. Thea Studios is well located, close to the center, restaurants, bars, etc. You can easily rent a quad and exploring the island with pleasure. Big thanks to kostas and dimitris who is very easygoing and helpful.

Perfect location, it takes you about 10 minutes to walk to Fira and even less to Oia. We stayed there with my boyfriend for a couple of days and literally walked through the entire island. The hotel is nice and cozy,and has only 4 rooms. We were very surprised by the size of the room, but it did not disturbed us at all, as it is a kind of unusual

Very good location, 10 min walk from buzzing Fira but much more quiet.
Excellent view of the caldera from the shared balcony. Kosmas, the
owner, is kind and very helpful. Very good value for money, considering
how much others charge for the view, if you are willing to share it.
Tip: If you are budget conscious get a room without a view. The ones
with the view just have a window anyway and the balcony is what makes
it worth it.

Christa the hostess was so warm and helpful. She assisted us with car rental issue and had suggestions for restaurant, had the times for the museums. Each day she made sure we had all the direction we needed to enjoy our time. The view was beautiful from our room. She loves animals and her dog and 5 cats were available for petting.

The caldera views were the best on the island, we sat around the pool to watch the sun set. The hotel was lovely,modern and clean. Great staff, Friendly, attentive and warm. Incomparable view, one of the only places you can see both sides of island from. Pool area is amazing and secluded. Even better sunsets than in Oia. Good music, chilled out atmosphere. Good breakfast. A lot of things that make up for small imperfections that the staff is aware of (relatively new management in existing hotel)
