A very relaxing and peaceful place to stay. Sofia made us feel very welcome and, as we didn't hire a car, kindly picked us up and took us back to the bus station. It is a fair walk down into the town but we enjoyed the views and the exercise was needed after all the delicious Greek food! We would happily return to Nafplio, it's a lovely old city with great cafes to watch the world go by.

Very clean! Quite and serene environment. Decent buffet breakfast. Amazing sea view (especially during sunrise) by our big flowery veradhas.Walking distance (about 3 minutes) to the beach. Very close to Nafplion City(approximately 5 minutes by car). Friendly and informative staff. We will go again soon.

The manager and her daughter are so customer-friendly - approachable and go out of their way to help you! The location is ideal - on the water with a private beach (no one used it while I was using it) and still had a pool. The room was great - overlooking the pool and out towards the sea. The quality of the breakfast and the food-snacks in general was beyond expectations. Everything was home made and prepared at the time of the order. In my opinion, this is how hotels should be managed.

What matters the most in every hotel, resort, hostel etc, is the people who run the place. A suite in the most expensive hotel in the world means nothing if the people who are there for you, don't make you feel welcomed and relaxed. Maria and Dimitris did exactly that. I don't think I need to say more other than that Maria will cook for you the best food and breakfast ever. Untill next time..

Easy to find. Very traditional, old world Greece, even has a rock in the wall in the reception area. Staff were really lovely and helpful. Great location, the town is on the doorstep. Brilliant beach only a few minutes drive away at Mavrovouni.
The breakfast was wonderful and we didn't really need to eat for the rest of the day! Would definitely stay again.

It was an awesome experience - nice staff, good food and a very pleasant environment. The son of the owner stayed with us and told us a lot of stories from the Mani region. At Vlyhada Guesthouse you will really feel at home. The place is run by a family and all of them are very gentle, helpful and friendly; they really know about good hospitality.Although in the village, rooms are very quiet.Room was cleaned and towels were replaced regularly.You can enjoy your meal under a huge tree.
