This is one of the nicest places we stayed in Greece. Despite speaking no English at all the hosts (parents of the owners who were looking after the place for low season) could not have been more friendly or welcoming. All the facilities are modern and new. When we needed something translated the owners were called and we talked to them on the phone. We had the tower room at the top and it was wonderful with windows looking out all sides.

The rooms were very nice. The staff was very helpful, and the restaraunts were very good. It was within walking distance of the site, but it was a long hill to climb to get back to the hotel. - Probably one of our very best hotel experience in Greece: clean, easy to park, friendly and efficient staff, very good food, very good value for money !

Modern, clean, comfortable hotel in all respects. There is a good beach right in front of the hotel so actually no need to use the pool which was also nice. We stayed 2 nights and as we were travelling quite a bit during the day (do go to Mystras), we decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant both nights which was very convenient.

The Mani Peninsula is rural and beautiful and well away from the normal holiday locations. Citta dei Nicliani is an enchanting retreat run by one caring family who really do understand the meaning of making the stay memorable. Very friendly, helpful owners. This is a fun place with very creative decor designed and built by Sotaris, the owner's son. Lots of hand painted details and antiques. Nice big bed, and small kitchen with everything we needed. Very short walk to center of town. Lots to do in area, from hiking to nice beaches. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend.

I loved the way original things from this beautiful traditional stone farmhouse were displayed around the house - the old iron cooking-pot, the hay-rake and the original carved shutters. Luxurious residence with emphasis on the decoration and details. The rooms were very clean and very well equipped(electrical appliances etc). The breakfast was very rich and we enjoyed it a lot. Very nice place to go with 2 young children (1 and 3). The temperature at Zaroukhla is lower than Greece in General. This means you can be out and about the whole day not having to fear that it will be too hot.
