Balcony rooms (I wasn't around to 'use' one so did without) might get some noise from the square but this is an excellent base in the heart of Argostoli, with a good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff and a few yards from the quay. -

We have stayed in Skala many times in various apartments & this has to be one of the nicest accommodations that we have had so far.
Although looking somewhat different from its header photo (we initially thought that maybe we'd got the wrong place), these apartments are so much better than the actual outside would suggest.

Great view, cosy and clean rooms. The owners are really friendly and always available to assist you in planning your vacation in the most efficient way by actually helping you to combine the places to visit so as not to spent your time in car (since the island is big). We really appreciated the way they treated us and we felt very welcome. We definitely recommend it.

All the staff was extremly kind. The apartment was nice, clean and the arangments of the beddings the made every day were amazing. The terrace where we have the breakfast is great. The food was good(breakfast,lunch or dinner). the beach is close to the villas, very large, uncrowded.We had a great holliday and we hope we'll go again oneday. -

The accomodation is situated in a quiet area with on walking distance some very nice & organised beaches.
The staff of Dendrolivano is doing everything to give you a good time and they give a lot of information about the area.

I had a lovely stay at Oskars- it is family owned and operated and the family was always warm, welcoming and immediately attentive to any of my requests. The owner Maria , was amazing. Looked after us exceedingly well, even leaving umbrellas outside our room when it rained! Nice touch. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, daily maid service, bed linen changed every couple of days and the view was spectacular! This is how a hotel should be run. -

Clean basic studio apartment (no 1) with all needed for a weeks stay. Large balcony with views of the mountains and sea. Air con. 15 min walk to Sami quite manageable. But having a car was great to see the island. Approachable, friendly staff, although they did not all speak English but we got along fine. If your looking for a quiet traditional place this fits the bill, great to relax in. Often we were the only ones in the pool. Very good value also. Would recommend anyone to stay there.
