Although the we arrived at night 2:00 PM, in airport we were meted by Mike, hotel owner and taken to a hotel.   The friendly welcome and generosity of the proprietor who was very helpful and kind made these studios special.The plumbing was excellent with no problems with water supply and drainage. The studio was very clean and linens regularly changed. The location was not sea view but was easy to get to - a bit uphill - and was safe and peaceful. We enjoyed the stay there and will return on our next visit to Lipsi. - very clean nice atmosphere quiet setting bikes available although they could have made them free of charge as no one used them they had sent a taxi to meet us at the port a suggestion is that they could make moped hire available as there seemed to be a shortage on the island

  Room was big, staff was helpful, in kitchen you had everything and also in toilet ( hairdryer, soap,..). We had computer in the room ( with wi-fi) and also cable TV with a lot of channels. You have enough space to park the car in front of house. We have balcony with the view on garden, so we had privacy on this balcony.
