The breakfast was homemade every morning, which beats a buffet any day. The staff was extremely friendly and helped us with getting things done locally. The rooms were beautiful in a nice old style. We will definitely be returning to this hotel! -

Helpful staff and friendly owners, amazing location/view, some of the best beaches on the island are within walking distance but even if you don't feel like leaving they have an excellent pool with a bar. The design of the rooms is a very pleasant mixture of traditional Dodecanese island and modern architecture and they are very well equipped and clean, with eco-friendly options. Recommended!

The Kos Island Studios are immaculately mantained with beautiful gardens. There are 8 apartments and the business is family run. The owners cannot could not do enough for us during our stay. The breakfast is superb with a lot of variety to chose from each morning (bacon / village sausages / even home baked cakes).

We stayed for a week in mid July 2013. The Albatross was recommended by friends and it didn't disappoint.
The Greek hospitality was fantasic - especially from Alex who was there all hours of the day and night and kept us supplied with food and drinks whenever we asked.
We would go back tomorrow - but will have to wait until next year before we can return.

Staff is very kind and warm, willing to support you for any need.
Rooms are extremely clean and their facilities are ok. You will find some bottles of water and other kind of drink in the room/apt, at a very reasonable price - a nice welcome if you come in the mid of a hot summer.
Very very close to anything you may need in Livadia (port, restaurants, bakery, central square and beach) - but the hotel manager will help you bring your luggage to the port in any case!
