  receptionist Anactacia is a perfect helper with a great patience. Always smiling and so friendly. Lobby bar barmen Yani is very friendly and we enjoyed his cocktails with very reasonable prices. Manager of the hotel is also a reasonable guy that we must thank him for helping us in each request.

  Wonderful location, beautiful room (suite) with sea view. Public bus to Lindos and Rhodos city nearby. Great beach below the hotel, free umbrellas all the time (might be different in July/August).   Greeting with welcome drinks at the reception was very nice. Free Spa and minibar offer were also kind. We had boiler, coffee, tea, water, fruit juice and one big bottle of wine in minibar and all those were free. The rooms were really big, clean and comfortable. The scene from the balcony was amazing. The hotel was really a lux - We stayed here for 13 days in an "Executive Room" (from 5 till 18 May 2013) and were very satisfied with the "value for money". Breakfast buffet is good (a.o. daily fresh orange juice!), the room was spacious, the mattress very good, the jacuzzi fine. The personnel and management are very helpful and have a very customer-oriented attitude. Fun to go by taxi b - Amazing hotel in a very convenient location in Symi's port. The hotel has been build as a small village where all rooms lead to the main square which the common garden of the hotel. Very clean with spacious room and very friendly staff. From the first floor some of the rooms have views to the village but there is no view to the sea. This is not a problem because the hotel has lovely gardens and in general the environment is very calming. Highly recommended.
